Melting Potatoes

Ingredients

3-4 Potatoes large

3/4 cup Butter melted

Salt & Pepper

1 tsp Red Chilli Flakes

1 tsp Dried Oregano

1 cup Chicken Stock

1 tsp Garlic smashed

Directions

Pre heat the oven to 420 Degrees F.

Peel the potatoes and cut them into 1 inch thick slices.

Mix melted butter, salt, pepper, chilli flakes and oregano in a bowl.

Pour the butter mixture over the potatoes and mix well.

Arrange the potatoes on a baking tray in a single layer and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Flip the potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes.

Flip the potatoes once again and pour chicken broth over them. Sprinkle garlic all over the tray.

Bake for another 15 minutes.

Remove the tray from the oven and serve hot.

Notes

Use vegetable stock in place of chicken stock if you are a vegetarian.
